EnemaPro Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original condition in which you received it, and in the original packaging.

Please note, some items are non-returnable:

  • Intimate and sanitary items, such as the EnemaPro device, due to health and hygiene regulations.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products.
  • Hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases.

Additional Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Health and personal care items that have been opened or used.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Any item returned not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing time may vary.
  3. Contact your bank for any additional information on processing times.

If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@enemapro.com.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@enemapro.com to initiate the exchange process.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to present to you later, the refund will be processed to the gift giver’s original payment method.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to Unit 4/11 Truscotts Rd Heathcote Valley, Christchurch New Zealand 8022. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
